Xavier Foupa-Pokam and Cyrille Diabate : Pro MMA Fighters, Cyrille Diabate and Xavier Foupa-Pokam, during their recent visit to Southern California. Xavier will make his UFC debut at UFC 97 against Denis Kang on April 18, 2009. Cyrille returned to train with Team Quest after completion of filming on the set of The Ultimate Fighter Season 9: US vs UK where he served as an assistant coach to former PRIDE FC Champion Dan Henderson.

Brian and Shannon Gugerty : With just over a week left to UFC 90, Shannon Gugerty and older brother, Brian Gugerty, prepare for Shannon’s next fight against UFC veteran Spencer Fisher. Shannon won by submission in Round 1 of his UFC debut against Dale Hartt at UFC Fight Night in July. His trainers Jocko and Dean Lister, put Shannon through a highly technical, endurance-paced workout with help from fellow fighters Hermes Franca and Greg McIntyre.
